I don’t have a Paypal account – can I still order products from your website?
Yes, you do not need to register for a Paypal account in order to shop on this website. Paypal offers two types of purchases:
1. Direct through Paypal account - if you do have a Paypal account you are able to make purchases without needing to enter your credit card info each time you order. Basically when you’re ready to make a purchase you login to your Paypal account and your purchase is almost immediate. Irish Descendants, and our helpers, don’t ever come into contact with your credit card information, it is processed by Paypal and then they pay us.
2. You can choose to pay with credit card (on the Paypal website). Enter your card information and you can complete a full Paypal transaction without needing a Paypal account. Your credit card information is processed securely through Paypal’s ecommerce systems, used by more than 220 million people wordwide. Irish Descendants staff don’t ever come into contact with your credit card information, it is processed by Paypal and then they pay us.

What is turn around time on receiving my package?
We ship right away – within 48 hours from when your order is processed in almost all cases. Once your package leaves us its really in the hands of the fine folks at the post office. But based on past orders it seems as though Canadian orders will arrive at your door in 3-5 days from the time we send them. International orders can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on how long it takes to pass customs in your country.
What is your return policy
We do accept returns within 30 days of shipping date. CDs or DVDs can’t be opened, shrink wrapping must be fully intact. We will exchange the item for another of equal value, or refund your money, however we can not refund your shipping fees. You will also be responsible for shipping of any exchanges.
If we ship you the wrong item you will have to return the package to us via standard mail only, along with a receipt of what you paid for shipping and we will refund your money upon receiving your return. We will re-ship the proper item and you will be emailed to confirm.
We always recommend emailing us immediately if you feel you need to return a package for any reason. This way we know to keep an eye on our mailbox for the item and we can make sure we have your exchange or proper item in stock and put it aside for you. Our email is snookstuff@rightonsnook.com
How do I know my credit card number is safe with rightonsnook.com?
We don’t come into contact with your credit card information when you order online. Please read the question above about Paypal, we let them handle all our online sales transaction, and with 220 million users they are the world’s leading and most trusted source for online sales.
Can I order by phone or email?
